I booked a villa with 2 bedrooms and it was very old furniture and it was very disappointing i will never come again to this villa also i want to add that there was alot of broken thing just like the door of the bathroom, sink in the kitchen, also the washing machine was very dirty and the attitude of the lady that was working in the reception was very rude!!!!!

We just spent 2 weeks in one of the 2 bedroom deluxe villas. The place was nice, access to check in in the middle of the night was handled seamlessly. There was a foul smell coming up from the drains in the second bedroom. They were very responsive to sending someone in, but the best that could be done was putting chemicals down. I think they probably have a broken pipe somewhere. Any how, they did offer to move us, but we found that just putting hand towel over the offensive drain worked fine. The staff were great - a special call out to Val who answered many questions in advance and who helped organize our transportation back and forth to the airport. Do plan on using taxis a lot, it is a bit removed from things - but for us it was all part of the adventure. The other issue was the inconsistency of the contracted cleaning crew. They came daily, and the pool was cleaned regularly, but we never got hand towels till the second last day we were there. Sometimes there would be shower mats and others not. Some days there would be a lot of extra towels and others not enough there just didnt seem to be a pattern to it. Overall though we were pleased and we will miss our private oasis.

Do not stay at this villa! We prepaid B8,400 for three nights for a two bedroom villa with an open back yard, large pool and Jacuzzi. We called at 12pm and we were told the villa was not ready, until 2pm. No problem, we had some lunch and did some shopping, with my girlfriend getting her hair done for my mates 70th birthday party that night. When we arrived after 5pm we were told the villa we had booked and paid for was unavailable??? They offered us a so called 'upgrade'; more rooms, noting we are a couple with a small dog, so extra rooms were superfluous; the back yard was a heavily shaded forest and the pool a pond with no Jacuzzi! We just wanted want we had paid for, and when that clearly wasn't an option, I asked to speak to the manager, who was unavailable, and then understandably, a refund - I was told they had not received the funds and I should contact Trip.co. I was enraged cancelling our trip and we took a late drive back home to BKK. I needed a day to calm down and then called Trip.com, who were great, but apparently the villa did receive the funds and the manager has refused to give us our money back because it was non refundable prepaid and in their mind, they gave us an upgrade??? Completely unfair and to make everything worse we were obligated to pay the driver hired for the three day trip planned; in total we are now B13,800 out off pocket. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS STAY AWAY!!!

GOOD: staff were nice. BAD: no hot water in one bathroom, no lock (broken) at the door between living room and the pool area, a bit hard to park the car (Villa #69). I will just type in simple English: stayed for 2 nights, found out no hot water and the door lock was missing at around 6pm on the first day, hot water could not be fixed, and the tech said would be back, but waited for 15 mins, still not back, i told the reception lady we needed to go out for dinner as kids were hungry, she then said we could go out and the tech would go in to fix for us when back at night, found out one bathroom still no hot water, come on, we were 2 families with kids, it was so NOT good. so, when we were on the way out on the second day morning , told the reception again, they promised would fix it for us after we go out, and we requested to make up the room too received a call later asked where were we as the HSKP would not make the room if no one inside, so, i told them just changed the towels for us would be fine. so now, i have a QUESTION: does this sound strange to you that the HSKP would not make up the room if no one inside while the tech would fix things for you when no one inside (? x 1,000,000,000). anyway, the hot water was fixed on the second day, "thanks"

I had lodged an issue in TA about the quality of support on Villa in my prior post. I pointed maintenance issues etc in Avoca villas that I was housed. Ms Jenny, from Pattaya Pool Villas,who manages Villas swung into action and moved us to a proper 4 Bedroom Villa, we were delighted at the support not only the Tortuga Villa 111 was very good in quality,it was more modern and facility/lighting/layout is great. The hospitality was improved and our holiday which was becoming spoilt was well recovered by Ms. Jenny.
